This is one of the most wonderful books in and although it has a lot of controversy around it, I loved it.

Well then I met the one and only Gavin Blake I’ve been at the edge of the chair, bed, standing up with kindle in hand, talking to the kids sorting activities out, cooking etc because this story kept me up and I could. Trying to putting Gavin in his place Emily decides she needs to keep her distance by giving him a fake name Molly and telling him that she’s seeing someone. I hated her boyfriend, Dillon Parker and I didn’t like the story at all.

I want the date nights, the movie watching, and the breakfast making. He had the power and wealth as Gideon. You have Olivia who is bad arse and doesn’t fancy Dillon at all her typical reaction when he walks in the room is So what will Emily do? That if she had sex with him, he would know Emily didn’t cheat on him. You fight and fight until you absolutely can’t fight anymore. Maybe she couldn’t i’ll give her that, you see Dillon is a dick with a capital D he’s cruel and asshole, he treats her like a trophy, if he said jump she’ll say how high????

And to top it all off, Emily meets Gavin. Since her mother died of breast cancer, she has nothing to keep her there. Especially when they play their little game out on the porch one night and it turns into a “thing” for them. At times I wanted to shake her. I mean, I hope so While searching for a more permanent position as a school teacher, she takes a summer job as a waitress. The Collide series should be read as a set and in order: This was an awful book, and you’ll probably never see me picking up something this author wrote ever again.


Deserves to be in there a couple times. We, as readers, are supposed to bu Okay, what the hell?

Let me break this down for you: Everyone could see Dillon for who he truly was, everyone but her. So I said all of that, just to say this It’s my first Gail McHugh read and I loved her writing style and the way she rendered such a story with so much conflicts. Ugh, I hate writing reviews like this, but I will definitely not be following this series. No trivia or quizzes yet. I found the book as a whole to be somewhat boring, and by somewhat I mean completely. This means that it should be punctuated differently.

I’ve always been a reader collide there have been periods of times in my life where I took a break maybe to study or when I had my children etc She doubts herself and feels, at times, like her world is crumbling apart because of the decisions she’s made.

Sometimes being in a relationship because it seems like the “right thing” to do, doesn’t always make it the healthiest choice. Actually, I take that back.
